how did you have it on hold for so long?

I've just spoken with the Cathedral box office: They said we should not worry about the barcode, they are changing their systems, so that's why the barcode doesn't appear.

It was horribly frustrating, but at last I'm super fine with row D now and have ot offer 1 (possibly even 4, but I must wait with that) ticket in row H now.

I have some spare tickets now if anybody is in need. A single and a pair (the pair are in row L but on the centre aisle). Let me know if you are interested.

Just called them on answer phone again they did ring back last time so i think they will again but good to know not to worry about the bar code, but it is a comedy of errors do they have this with every event they do not good for Libera who do try and do things in a professional manner.

Barcode: The Box Office has sent me an additional e-mail:

​"You do not need to do anything. We will not be using barcodes for this concert. All you need are your seat numbers, which are on the confirmation email."

I do hope so just spent a few hundred on flights hotel and train fairs.

I too have just received an answer regarding the lack of barcode:

"We will not be using barcodes for this concert, all you need is the email with your seat numbers. So no need to worry."

Do not worry. They're very uncomplicated there. Last year I had two seats and received the confirmation only for one, but not for the wonderful A seat I had and got terribly nervous. So I e-mailed the box office and was replied immediately that for technical reasons they were not able to send me that missing confirmation still, but I just should take this very e-mail with me, he, the signee,would be at the Cathedral, and there would be no problem.

The ticket war was terrible, but the Ely Cathedral people are very friendly and helpful!

I didn't hold it for so long! i just refreshed out of fun and saw that D-5 was available all of a sudden again.....

The ticket purchase was much, much worse than last year.

Possibly because last year there was some confusion about the exact hour, when the ticket sale starts. First it was announced for 10am, the next day the hour was changed to 9.30. On the day X at 9.30 there was still nothing and the tickets became available at about 9.50.

Just got online. We got our tickets this morning (Uk time) Row G one being an aisle seat. It will be our first concert and we are thrillllllllllllllllllllllllllllled.

Whoa 10am GTM was 7pm here in Korea, what an evening it was. I was still at work and my boss was with me and he laughed so hard at how desperate I was for this for the whole day
It really was a frustrating time, getting errors again and again & no one answered the phone, but after 30~40mins the website started to work again and I was lucky to grab some seats for me and some other friends. Phew!
And after all, the box office's lady was very friendly and helpful as she called me back for the voice message I left!

Now I should start planning out my schedules for May. Can't wait!

I have spare tickets on the row L 12, 13 and 14.
Not really the front-front seats but… Let me know if any you are interested!
