Not much different FDL - Aled Jones introduces some of the acts and the footage is the same BUT Libera get their own mention and quick group pic as well as appearing behind Susan Boyle.

The boy sang Silent Night and later backed Susan Boyle. Liberal were well, Liberal and magnificent as always. They were also credited in the closing credits

Libera was credited at the end. Strange they didn't appeared in the artists list presented on th BBC site.
Strange also Libera itself didn't mention this event on their site...

I didn't realise that the SOP specials were filmed so far in advance, and here in the US schools start back in late August.
