As each Wednesday the site Billboard-Japan has updated its charts today.

Good performance for Libera new compilation "Angel Voices 2012" :)
For its 1st week of presence, it enters directly at 5th position in the Classical charts :)

Pretty amazing when you consider that there's no new material on it.
Just shows how loyal the Japanese market is.

This week the new compilation is in 12th position, as it was last week.

I went to a Tower Records shop today and saw almost all Libera's CDs available.
The one well displayed in the classical top selling stand was not the 2012 Angel Voices compilation, but Miracle of Life.

If someone had wanted to buy a cd Japanese but finally decided no due to complicated procedure and postage costs, well, I can buy it for you and deliver it to Arundel :)

The current success of the Libera's CDs in Japan is confirmed by the Billboard Charts :)

On the official site, Libera have announced last week that their CDs were sellings fast in Japan after the interview on Nihon TV, on Friday the four firsts CDs in Amazon Japan charts were from Libera (read here).

Nearly one week later the success is still live, at moment of this post "Angels Voices 2012" and "Prayer" are still on the first two places on Amazon Classic, with Eternal on 5th position :)

Another Charts interesting to read is Billboard Japan. It's refreshed only weekly and covers all sellers, not only Amazon.
On Billboard Japan too Libera CDs are the current strongest in Classical section :D

Here the results of past week, revealed today :

Angel Voices 2012 and Miracle of Life are first and second, Prayer is forth.
An another Libera CD is also re boosted in the charts : "Winter Songs" is back at the 17th position, even if Christmas is now far from us
