BoJos new pcr & quaranteen rule makes this trip almost impossible for me.
I arrive saturday, need a pcr on sunday and quaranteen until i get a result which i suspect is 24 hrs.....well doing the math that wont work out for the concert...
How are you handling this?

What about reducing the length of the stay?
For example, arriving on Sunday at noon and leaving on Monday morning?
Would that allow to avoid the day two test and the quarantine?

Depends if the rules change… again… by then I guess.

You have to quarantine until you get the result. The test has to be taken on or before day two. Nothing to say you can’t take it on day zero.

There are places that will, for a price, allow you to do the test on site, and give you the results that night. So it would be possible to arrive Saturday, get the test at a clinic, get the result that night, and then attend Sunday.

Switzerland just added UK to the 10 day quarantine list, so i have to cancel the concert

Crazy times...Libera might just scrape another 'lucky' window by performing these concerts just before the possibility of more restrictions coming. Similar to last year, especially if this new variant gets going.

Finally decided I won’t go after all. It’s too much hassle and too much risk. It’s hard to believe it’s come to this… but it just seems wise to stay home
