They used the traditional Chinese characters for the text (which are currently used in Taiwan & Hong Kong).
Here is what they are saying (i use the simplified Chinese characters) :

(first sentence) Libera 来跟台湾朋友们拜年啦 ! (Libera lai gen tai wan peng you men bai nian la) =
Libera join friends in Taiwan to greet the new year.

Nano Ben : 身体健康 (shen ti jian kang) = wish you health.

Cassius : 恭喜发财 (gong xi fa cai) = wish you to be prosperous.

Nano Ben : 新年快乐 (xin nian kuai le) = happy new year.
