It is quite safe for you to upload it to YouTube, I think. I've never heard of anybody running into any trouble with TV grabs such as this one! I think the worst that could possibly happen is that you would have to take it down, or that YouTube would block it based on copyright grounds, but I don't think you need to worry about being sued.
