Would there be a market for "super-premium" tickets I wonder (first two rows perhaps). How much would you be prepared to pay?

I imagine there would be. Like you, the tickets are the least of my investments in the trip. I plan on getting super premium seating in the
traditional manner so long as jet lag doesn't do me in.

Can anyone please tell me how long it took to them receive their tickets in the mail, because I ordered mine March 29th and I have yet to receive anything? I don't know if its cause I'm being impatient and it just takes a while to ship off internationally but I just want to take action (in case its needed) before its to late.

I ordered mine only a couple of days after you and have only just received it here in the UK.

Ticketweb are a little slow, I would contact them just to confirm that the ticket has been dispached.
