Great news for Philippine fans, they get the chance to saviour the christmas songs first before hopefully getting the chance to see them live next month. Speaking of which the PICC ticket availability has gone from 'excellent' to 'Good' so progress made there. I'm still guessing HYMLC and Lullabye will be the previous attempts we know of, but 'Sing the Story' could be a new version because your going back to the Japanese Album of 'Free' if that is the one it turns out to be.

I just happened to look at Libera's website to see if I could pre-order their new album (which I can) and was THRILLED to see the track list posted!

I am absolutely so excited to see "Sing the Story" is back!

I, too, believed that Lullabye and Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas is the same recording as last year's. I even think the whole album was recorded last year. But pure speculation, no basis whatsoever.

Also the PolyEast listing spells it back to "The First Nowell". Don't know where I read it listed as "The First Noel". I thought to myself how Yorkie would be so disappointed for it being spelled as "Noel" when he declared his loved for other spelling, "Nowell". :)

US release of Christmas CD

Post by liberainchicago »

The new Christmas CD is set for a release date of November 7th in the UK. Does anyone have an idea of the date for the release in the US? Both EMI and Amazon are not saying anything.

Amazon US says it will be released on November 1, 2011 (for both editions).
Did you read this thread before http://www.libera-dreams.com/forum/view ... =37&t=1266? We're talking about that album in there. :)

Yeah...I figured it had been out for a while...I have been busy and I haven't even logged on to this site for weeks, or even looked to see what Libera has been up to, until yesterday! I'm pleased about the new album though.

Although it may already know ...
The contents of the DVD are the promotional videos of "Song of Life" and "Eternal Light."
Since I expected that the image of the Canada tour or U.S. tour was contained, I am regretful.

Cool :D
I think one picture is upside down  (the one on the left of the Eternal Light candle picture with JB) It looks like a church where the boys are singing except the boys are high up in the air. (That's what I think that big white part is - Libera boys in white robes)
I like the one with the two hooded boys looking like they're talking in private ;)
And the one top left, partly invisible because of the CD cover. Looks like a very atmospheric Christmas-y picture.
The one with a circle of lights around a boy's head - meh, looks a bit silly ;)
Some ofcourse we have seen from Libera's website before.
All in all, a nice collection, really something for the fans - and hopefully it will help give a new audience some more insight into what Libera is all about. Because you get to see them in some different settings as well (M&G for instance).

Does that mean they're also releasing the deluxe edition in the Philippines? Was anybody able to buy the CD today? I was in Power Plant this afternoon and it wasn't available yet.

I was hoping I'd get it as a Christmas or Birthday gift....... via the "Libera melodies for Symphonica7 foundation"...give the gift of magically sounds and feed a hungry listener. :D
