Great news for Stefan and Orlando to get selected for this opera.

Well series 1 of VIP has finished and no sign of Stefan in the six episodes that have been shown. A few of the sketches are okay but most of it doesn't appeal to me. I know they are doing impersonations but the language is very crude.

Same for me, saw the videos, too. No sign of Stefan but short appearances of Orlando who hasn't much lyrics.

Stefan's character is called 'Pepin' & I saw a photo of him in his costume.

New news for Stefan fans

Congratulations to Stefan Leadbeater (4th Year) who this week successfully auditioned for a place as a tenor in the London Youth Vocal Ensemble. The Ensemble, which is directed by the Head of Vocals at English National Opera, Nicholas Chalmers, is for 14-25 year olds and Stefan will have the opportunity to perform in concerts and functions in major venues throughout the UK.

How did you even find this?
Maybe his agent takes care of Stefan's engagements in non-Libera activities, such as the opera he did in Vienna. Just a guess.

Well, as we know he didn't perform as part of the choir for Mozart's Requiem at St Philip's last Sunday and neither was he listed as a member of the choir (unlike Josh who also was missing). I think we can assume that Stefan has entered a new phase of his life now and I'm sure we all wish him well. At least we will have the pleasure of his CD tracks to remember his time in Libera by and, maybe, we can follow and support him in his future music career.

So, Ralph is back on Libera-stage but Stefan not. I don't think he'll come back to Libera. Wonder what he's doing now?

Not good news this time about Stefan. Although he won a prize, it is not one we like him to get, although I am sure he earned it. Sounds odd, but see what his headmaster had to say:

[Despite some adversity, Stefan] has remained determined, cheerful and positive, he’s contributed to school music and sport and was recently rewarded with an excellent set of GCSE results.

I wish him all the best in future, also his mother whome I met at one occasion.
