Re: Concert at Ely Cathedral in May 2018

Thanks andmar for the lovely review. Your personal emotional feelings about the songs make the review really special. :D And thanks for this detail in particular. Again, it was amazing to see how professionally and in full focus the boys worked together with their director and technical stuff. Durin...

Re: Beyond

Apart from RP's retirement, my guess for the name Beyond has been stolen by other people here. :P An album containing mostly arrangements of old songs, or an album with more deeper voices and parts, or an album with both of the above, are my guess also. About the title, it can very well be 'beyond t...

Re: New album is called Hope

Around these days, it has been about one year since "Hope" was released. Time to reflect! :D  I'm very curious about the development in your likings, so: Have your initial song preferences remained stable up to now and are they still as strong as they were then? Or has something cha...

Re: New Video

Which song can that be? The new "In Paradisum" perhaps? I don't really like the image concept but let's wait and see... :D Also, Libera for the US also announced that there will be a 'future film'. There's a high chance it will include some behind-the-scene frames of their 2017 US Tour - a...

Re: Concert at Ely Cathedral in May 2018

Thank you everyone for your reviews, I thoroughly enjoy reading every word of them! *insert heart emoji* I planned to wait for a little while and read loads of reviews at once so as to 'maximize' the emotional effect, and yes that's quite (I mean absolutely) overwhelming! I don't have time...

Mine does not work also, but here's the trick: click on 'share' & it will offer you a download as well, you may also choose to include subtitles. :)

Re: Concert at Ely Cathedral in May 2018

Hats off to Patrick for the analysis! I love reading it, thank you. And thanks also for the news article. :D I don't have statistics, but i have the feeling the choir has a lower average age right now (xmas-concert already), and for a big US trip it might be e help for the younger boys to build on e...

That's the very song that leads me into the Libera world. :D

Re: Concert at Ely Cathedral in May 2018

As for my concert wishes: Secret and Vespera and Mysterium and How Shall I Sing That Majesty and Adoramus . You stole my wishlist! :P (Well actually I would like O Sanctissima instead of Adoramus but the rest are all the same) Okay - forcing myself to keep my feet on the ground, I'd really like to ...

Re: Unknown soloists in Libera songs

Pretty sure it's Josh singing the lower octave along with Ben in Time. You can see it in the music video (watch him in the background at 1:09-1:13), and I doubt they would have synced it that way if it wasn't him singing it, since it's not a hugely noticeable part. I also think that it's likely to ...
