There will certainly be another hall of fame vote early this year, as there was in 2012. I think that the 2012 clip is just a place-holder until the 2013 nomination comes up. As I said, I posted this identical clip, commentary, and the results on Part 5 of the Timeline early last year.

Sorry to disappoint, folks, but this clip and the contest are from LAST January (2012), as posted on the Libera Timeline, Part 5, and the contest is long over. Pachelbel's Canon did wind up in the top 20, as I recall. Don't know about the other Prizeman pieces.
