What a great review (as usual)! I don't know how you manage to remember/note all that detail and still enjoy the concert. Years of practice I imagine. I hope that you are correct about some new videos appearing soon.

Look like home-made pirated versions of Libera cds. In my opinion, the cd labels are actually quite amateurish and poorly made from official Libera artwork. I hope you didn't pay for these!
I hear these types of cds are quite common in China and sold on the streets as well as in some stores.

This song is generating almost as much discussion as Santa Will Find You!!
I'm no expert on sound mixing or microphones but this reminded me a bit of the Kennedy Center Honors live performance of Love and Mercy a few years back which also seemed to suffer from some of the same technical issues.
