Yorkie, Thanks for the advice. I have now settled on the Chester concert on the 29th. I have just booked a premium ticket as i would like a view like i had at the Dublin show last year. I have opted to pick the tickets up at the box office in case i forget to pack them. The whole trying to do the Br...

Hey thanks Jimmy Yeah had a look at the dublin holyhead route and quickly ruled out taking the car as its way too pricey. Was looking at taking in the Bristol AND Chester concerts but to be honest, with flights, 4 days accomodation, train return, tickets etc i would be looking at over 600 euro and t...

Coming over for concert

I am late getting in on this, which is unlike me as i had been checking the libera site fairly regularly for updates on an autumn concert but guess had figured they wouldnt be having one this late in the year. Glad to see i am wrong! I have been to two libera concerts in the QEH in London and in the...

Oh god.

I have already booked a holiday to Tunisia from may 8th to 15th. I get back to ireland on the 15th. Can i really justify or is it even possible to get to England for this concert.

Maybe they will have another soon after. Damn what a pity.

I just think Touch the Sky falls a little flat. They could have picked a song that showed off his voice a little more...i mean by the next album he will be 12 and who knows his voice may have broken  It is good it evokes childhood memories for people but i wonder how many people cite is as a ...

I did think the album peace is well a 'peaceful' album, or sombre as you have put it. It definitely is not as upbeat as New Dawn. But i have listened to it a few times and it is growing on me. I wonder why James Mordaunt got such a boring song though. Ralph Skan's solo on Fountain is just beautiful ...

Thanks guys

I had not seen that new video taken at trafalgar square as I am not a regular viewer of SoP. It was very enjoyable. The last time i was at Trafalgar Square was a beautiful summer day last year, and in fact it was while on my way to the QEH to see my first Libera concert! Back to the original topic o...

Re: Queen Elizabeth Hall vs. National concert hall

"I also had exactly the same feeling during the whole concert in QEH. At the end I thought that it must have been ok in the rest of the hall but not in the 3rd row, where we have been sitting." Well I was a good bit further back than the third row at the QEH. I was actually just near where...

I bought their first three albums, Libera, Luminosa and Free back in 2005.

Then later that year I got visions as soon as that came out.

And New Dawn in 2008.

Also of course the DVD from Lieden. The next piece I will add to my collection is their DVD with Aled Jones :D
